Accommodation
Wye Valley Bunkhouse
Designed as a luxury base, from which you can have exceptional adventures. We are in the midst of the Upper Wye Valley with the famous River Wye running parallel to our walls. Leave your front door and paddle down the famous River Wye with the neighbours at Wye Valley Canoes. Explore the uninterrupted Brecon Beacons National Park or Black Mountains, a short drive takes you to the waterfalls of the Elan Valley, walk the Offa’s Dyke Path or take a short drive into the famous Town of Books.
Located on the top floor are the 12 luxury bunks, a separate large double bedroom which has been partitioned off for privacy, a large lounge and kitchen area, and 3 large modern bathrooms each with their own toilet and shower facility.
The small kitchen area, complete with oven/grill, double induction hob, sink and fridge freezer. We would advise bringing pre-cooked meals or contacting local caterers/takeaways as the kitchen is on the smaller side so not suitable for cooking large banquets.
Downstairs is the large open games room with pool table, table tennis table and cornhole space. The furniture can be easily cleared to create a large area perfect for group activities. At the back of the room, is the entrance to a bedroom with 4 single beds.
You have a choice between the stairs or spiral slide between the top and ground floor.
The bunkhouse is bright, airy and modern. The design is very open plan. This is worth bearing in mind before booking, the bunkhouse is only suitable for groups where everyone is comfortable with sharing.
We have ensured the Bunkhouse is accessible as possible to all guests. We have ramp access to all levels and a lift to the top floor. One of the bathrooms is also designed to be accessible.
Linen is provided on all the beds, however guests must bring their own towels.
We provide parking on-site for up to four vehicles. There is street parking close by which is free.
